摘要
用Aspen P lus软件对胺吸收塔和干气胺洗系统全工艺流程的过程进行了模拟。结果表明,胺汽提塔的设计能够满足145%的设计处理能力;在不影响CO2吸收率的前提下,适当降低单乙醇胺吸收液进塔的流量或浓度,可以有效地降低胺汽提塔的操作能耗;胺洗系统的换热器、泵等主要设备能够满足120%的设计处理能力。
In the simulation on amine absorption and stripping process of dry gas,the MEA was applicable to simulating the absorption tower.On this foundation,to master the technique and optimize its operation,it was necessary to simulate the stripping tower and the whole craft process by Aspen Plus.The main equipments of the absorption tower and the stripping tower could work orderly in 120% of design ability.The ethylene manufacturing cost showed that the investment repay rate of the dry gas treatment system was high and its investment recovery period was short.
