摘要
采用了新型的红磷母粒阻燃增强聚酰胺66(PA66),通过添加适当的添加剂,获得了具有良好力学性能、极佳的电绝缘性能和阻燃性能的无卤阻燃增强聚酰胺材料。该材料为环保型材料,应用于低压电器壳体,符合欧盟等西方国家对出口的电子电气产品的要求。
By adding proper additives into the new type red phosphors masterbatch flame retarding reinforced PA66, a new halogen free flame retarding reinforced polyamide was prepared. This new material is an environmentally-friendly material with good dynamic performance, excellent electrical insulation performance and flame retarding performance, is suitable for making housing of low voltage electrical apparatus. This material meets the requirements demanded by Europ and other Western country for importing electronic and electrical products.
