Properties of new materials for, and application of the materials to bridge deck pavement both at home and abroad are analysed in detail, reasonable structural form'for deck pavement of bridges on the special highway leading the Three Gorges Dam Project to the outside is proposed, and research fruits of material selection, mix proportion design and construction technology applied to actual bridges are provided as well.
