摘要
用同一种制备方法在玻璃和金衬底上分别制备有机高聚物薄膜;用原子力扫描显微镜对两种薄膜观测发现,高聚物—金属界面比高聚物—玻璃界面薄膜要平整、均匀的多,玻璃衬底上形成的高聚物界面高分子有明显的取向结构;用棱镜耦合法对两种不同衬底的高聚物薄膜波导进行同一条件下的m线观察,发现金属衬底上有机波导的m线要比玻璃衬底上有机波导的m线清晰。说明了衬底的不同会导致薄膜界面中的微观结构产生差异,这些差异会对波导的光学性能产生影响,解释了不同衬底的薄膜波导为何在光学性能上会出现差异。
High polymer films on different substrates are fabricated using the same method. Observation finds that the interface of high polymer-metal is much smoother and more homogeneous. Also, the M-line on polymer-metal interface is clearer than on polymer-glass interface. These indicate that different substrates will cause different micro structure in the membrane interface, which further will cause different optical performance in wave guide. As a result, it comes to the conclusion that different high polymer substrates cause different optical performance of thin-film waveguide.
