脑出血后抑郁大鼠脑内单胺神经递质的变化及中药的干预作用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨脑出血后抑郁动物模型脑内单胺神经递质5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素、酪氨酸羟化酶的变化,研究中药颐脑解郁方对脑出血后抑郁的干预机理。方法:用免疫组织化学方法观察脑出血后抑郁模型大鼠脑内5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素、酪氨酸羟化酶的表达变化及以西药百忧解为对照和中药的干预作用。结果:模型组脑内海马CA1区、扣带皮质、梨状皮质内5-HT阳性细胞表达减少,下丘脑TH阳性细胞表达减少,扣带皮质和下丘脑内NE表达减少;西药增加海马CA1、扣带皮质5-HT的表达,增加下丘脑TH的表达面积,增加扣带皮质、下丘脑内NE的表达面积增多。中药颐脑解郁增加海马CA3、梨状皮质5-HT的表达,增加下丘脑TH的表达面积,增加扣带皮质、下丘脑内NE的表达面积和光密度。结论:脑出血后抑郁模型大鼠脑内5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素、酪氨酸羟化酶表达下降,中西药可以通过增强TH、NE、5-HT的功能,增加其浓度,起到改善抑郁的作用。 Objective: To observed the change of 5-HT, NE, TH in rat brain of post hemorrhaged depression and the function of traditional medicine YINAOJIEYU to the rat of post hemorrhaged depression. Methods:Observe the change of 5-HT,NE,TH in the rat brain of post hemorrhaged depression and the effect of YINAOJIEYU by the way of immunohistoehemistry. Result: The lever of 5-HT in CA1 of hippoeampus, cingulated cortex, prepiriform cortex of the model decrease, the level of TH in the hypothalamus of the model drcease, the level of NE in cingulated cortex and hypothalamus of the model drcease. Fluoxetine can icrease the lever of 5-HT in CA1 of hippocampus, cingulated cortex, increase the aera of TH in the hypothalamus, increase the area of NE in the cingulated cortex and hypothalamus. YINAOJIEYU can increase the level of 5-HT in the CA3 of hippoeampus and prepiriform cortex, it also increase the aera of TH in the hypothalamus and increase the density and aera of NE in the cingulatcd cortex and hypothalamus. Conclusion: Traditional medicine YINAOJIEYU increase the expression lever of 5-HT, NE ,TH, so it can reduced the syndrome of depression.
