摘要
将参数化设计技术应用于货车转向架的设计,通过设计参数来驱动转向架零部件的几何模型,简化生成和修改零部件模型的操作。在现有计算机辅助设计软件的基础上,运用其二次开发工具、面向对象的程序设计语言、数据库技术及其编程接口进行二次开发,实现了基于参数化设计技术的货车转向架设计系统,提高了货车转向架设计的速度和质量。
Through applying the parametric design technology to freight car bogie design, the geometry model of the components and parts of freight car bogie is driven with design parameters and the operation of building or modifying the components and parts model is simplified. Based on current CAD software, the secondary development is carded out through toolkit, object-oriented programming language, database technology and programming interface. The design system of freight car bogie is developed on the basis of parametric design technology. Therefore, the design speed and design quality is improved.
