此系统从涪陵师范学院的实际情况出发,设计和实现了人力资源管理远程化、公务报送自动化、查询管理统筹化和后评估等子系统,该系统在提高人力资源管理办事效率、简化办事流程、支持公务网络化等方面产生积极影响。文章详细介绍了人力资源管理系统基于Web的设计与实现。
