摘要
过程控制课程内容涉及面广,且与生产实际结合紧密。为有效促进学生对课程内容的理解,培养学生的创新意识和实践能力,开发了基于虚拟仪器技术和仿真技术的过程控制虚拟仿真平台。该平台以现有多媒体教学的静态模式为基础,采用面向实例的交互式动态教学模式,将课程内容和实践分析方法、静态与动态教学模式相结合,构成为一种立体综合教学平台。平台采用LabVIEW和MATLAB开发研制,有机融合了上述工具的各自优点,实现了动态显示和仿真分析的有机结合。实际运行表明,该平台可以有效地扩展教学内容,激发学生学习兴趣。
Course's contents of process control relate to numerous fields and combine with actual production. In order to facilitate students to comprehend course's contents effectively and train their innovation ability, virtual simulation platform of process control based on virtual instrument and simulation technology is developed. Based on existing static multimedia teaching mode, dynamic interactive teaching mode is adopted in the platform. So an integrated teaching platform is formed, which combines content with practical analyses methods and integrates static teaching mode with dynamic teaching mode. The platform is developed by LabVIEW and MATLAB. It integrates the advantages of above tools and realizes dynamic display of variables in the process and simulation analyses. Actual run indicates the platform can extend contents and inspire students' learning interest.
