摘要
对1,3-金刚烷二甲酸样品甲酯化后,采用毛细管气相色谱法进行组分分离及鉴定,以聚甲基硅氧烷(DB-1)为固定液,100~150℃程序升温,分离效果良好.对色谱图中的几个主要组分进行了鉴定.方法简便、快速、准确,适用于生产过程控制及产品质量的分析.
1,3-adamantanedicarboxylic acid were methylesterified, the products ot the derivation reaction were separated effectively by capillary gas chromatography, with DB-1 column being used and with the temperature 100~150℃. Structurally identification and characterization were made through comparison with the spectrum obtained from content composition's standard. The method was showed to be simple, fast and accurate for controlling and quality analysing of 1,3-adamantanedicarboxylic acid.
