从期刊的整体性出发,分析了产生科技论文重复刊用的内因与外因;根据内外因作用的辩证关系,从内因入手寻找彻底杜绝重复刊用的有效方法;消除了产生重复刊用的内因,使外因发生作用的条件发生改变,从而也消除了外因对重复刊用的影响,从源头上彻底根绝重复刊用的发生.

From the integration of periodical publications, it was analyzed internal and external causes lead to republication of scientific papers. From the dialectical relation between internal and external causes, it was proposed effective approaches to avoid this phenomenon. It would also be effective to eliminate negative influence caused by republication and finally thoroughly do away with republication.
