摘要
目的观察前列腺素E1对溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗效果。方法反复发作的活动期轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎患者35例,随机分为2组:治疗组口服柳氮磺吡啶1 g,3次/d;并应用前列腺素E1100μg/d静脉滴注,疗程2周。对照组仅服柳氮磺吡啶1g,3次/d。观察患者疾病活动指数(DAI)及血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血小板计数(BPC)等的变化。结果治疗组72.2%(13/18)临床病情缓解,对照组29.4%(5/17)缓解(P<0.05)。治疗组DAI、ESR、CPR、BPC等的改善程度与对照组比较差异均有显著性(均为P<0.05)。两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论溃疡性结肠炎患者应用前列腺素E1治疗可取得满意的效果。
Objective To observe the thcrapeutic effect of prostaglandin E1 on ulcerative colitis. Methods 35 cases of replase ulcerative colitis were randomized into two groups. The treatment group were given 1 g salazosulfa pyridine three times a day and 100ug/d intravenous infusion of prostaglandin E1 for two weeks,while the control group received only 1 g salazosuffa pyridine three times a day. The changes of disease activity index （ DAI ） , erythroeyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, C-reactive protein （CRP） and platelet count （BPC） were observed. Results The diseases of 72.2% patients in treatment group （ 13/18 ） and 29.4% in control group （5/17） were relieved （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The improvement of DAI, ESR, CPR and BPC in treatment group was significantly different from those of control group. There was no severe adverse effect. Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 may be used to treat ulcerative colitis with satisfactory result.
