46例老年人白血病化疗疗效观察

Clinical chemotherapy effect of 46 cases of gerontal leukemia

目的评价老年人白血病化疗疗效。方法对46例老年白血病患者临床特点,治疗方案,缓解情况,药物毒性,化疗疗效进行综合分析。结果老年人白血病对化疗药物多不敏感,耐受能力差,治疗相关死亡率高,缓解率低于中青年白血病患者。结论老年白血病治疗应个体化,对化疗不敏感,缓解率低,预后均较差。

Objective To estimate the gerontal leukemic effect of chemotherapy. Methods Clinic characters, approachs of therapy, rate of alleviation, medicine toxicity and effect of chemotherapy of 46 gerontal leukemic patients are analysed comprehensively. Results The gerontal leukemia are less sensitive to a lot of chemotherapy medicines than the other age＇s leukemic patients. The ability of bearing of the gerontal leukemia patients is lower, mortality is higher alleviation rate is lower than young patients. Conclusion Therapy of the gerontal leukemia should be personalized. The gerontal leukemia isn＇t sensitive to chemotherapy medicines, alleviation rate is low. The prognosis of gerontal leukemia patients is worse.
