摘要
提出一种以AT89C52单片机为核心的管道弧焊机器人智能控制系统方案,选择分布式计算机控制系统作为整体控制,并建立了完整的主从通信系统.系统联合调试结果表明,该系统具有控制功能强、操作方便、工作稳定、控制精确度高、便于现场使用等优点,完全满足了生产工艺的要求.
An intelligent program is put forward to detect and control pipeline arc welding. The AI89C32 single chip processor was used as hard core ; the distributed computer control system was adopted ; and a master - slave system was founded. After associated debugging, it has been proved that the system has many merits, such as multiple function, rough and ready operating, stable work status and high control precision. It completely meets the technical needs of pipeline arc welding.
