摘要
研究了不同表面压处二十二酸(简称BA)和DPPC单分子膜循环π-A曲线,随着循环曲线中选取表面压的升高,压缩曲线和扩张曲线的差别性越大;其热力学分析表明压缩和扩张曲线中聚集自由能(ΔG0)有较大改变,结果显示,压缩和扩张曲线在液相区出现明显的不重合,不重合区域的大小反映分子膜聚集程度的大小.
We investigate the cyclic isotherms of behenic acid and DPPC monolayers at different surface pressures. With the pressure increasing, difference of compress isotherm and dilatation isotherm is great. The standard thermodynamic characteristics and aggregation of them have been studied, which show that the standard free energy of the system much changed in the process of compression and expansion. Furthermore, there exists obvious separation between compression and expansion curves due to molecules aggregating
