摘要 采用空间薄壁板壳元与空间梁元混合离散模型对大吨位起重机钢丝绳缠绕卷筒进行有限元分析,将有限元方法与进退法优化方法耦合形成数值算法进而对卷筒进行优化设计。有限元分析按最危险工况进行载荷组合并全面考虑复杂外载荷影响。通过优化,使影响卷筒自重的筒壁厚度下降,得到受力复杂的带内筋板大型卷筒在满足包括稳定性要求在内的各项工程约束条件下的最佳设计。 The numerical method represents a couphng between the optimum method of advance and retreat and the finite element analysis for the design on large hoist drums of cranes that is an actual structure. Considering the complex external forces under the most dangerous operation, finite element analysis was made step by step by using the discrete model with space thin plate shell dements and space beam elements. The thickness of the large hoist drum that influenced itself weight and cost directly was reduced efficiently using the numerical method. The optimum design of the drum with inner ribs is obtained as all conditions including the stability analysis for the engineering demands are satisfied.
