无机膜超滤法制备大豆异黄酮的研究 被引量:5

摘要 用80%乙醇水溶液提取大豆异黄酮,比较孔径为50 nm和10 nm的无机陶瓷膜在0.13MPa下超滤大豆乙醇提取液的效果,制备较高纯度的大豆异黄酮。超滤结果表明,超滤可以脱除69.4%胶质,66%蛋白质;滤过液色泽变浅,澄清度显著提高;浸提液中大豆异黄酮的组成及含量在超滤前后没有明显变化。冷冻干燥得到大豆异黄酮,纯度可达23.6%。 The soybean isoflavones were extracted with 80% ethanol,the ethanol-extracts were ultrafiltrated by inorganic ceramic membrane tubes whose apertures were 50 and 10 millimicrons to concentrate the soybean isoflavone. The results showed that when the 10 millimicron membrane tube was used,the degumming ratio was 69.4% and the removal ratio of soybean protein was 66% .The color of the ultrafiltrate was lighter,the identity and quantities of isoflavone were not significantly changed.The isoflavone content of the soybean extracts was 23.6% by ultrafiltration treatment.
