摘要 IGFs在结构和功能上与胰岛素相似,具有促进细胞有丝分裂的生物学功能,对细胞的生长分化起重要的调节作用,机体的许多组织器官都有IGFs的表达,IGFs通过自分泌和旁分泌机制对细胞的增殖分化起调节作用,对乳腺的发育及泌乳具有重要作用。 Similarly to insulin in structure and function, IGFs are cell mitogens and have an important modulate role to cell proliferation and differentiation. There are intact IGFs system in many organs, and its expression has the temporal and spatial character. IGFs play an important role in mammary gland.
