摘要
介绍了厦门海沧大桥锚碇超大体积泵送混凝土配合比及温控防裂技术,通过严格选用原材料,采用高掺优质I级粉煤灰和适量高效减水剂来设计混凝土配合比,采用加冰屑、分层浇筑等温控防裂措施,解决了锚碇超大体积混凝土水化热大、抗海蚀差的难题,确保施工的顺利进行和工程质量,也打破了超大体积混凝土长期以来禁用普通硅酸盐水泥的禁区。
The mix proportion and temperature controlling for crack prevention technology of super mass pumping concrete for the ties of Haicang bridge of Xiamen is introduced. We choose the raw materials strickly, design the mix proportion of concrete with high-volume and high-quality fly ash which is first class and perfect amount of setting retarding and superplasticizers, take measures of temperature control and crack prevention that mix extremely small pieces of ice and construct multi-layerly etc., so we solved the difficult problems for the ties that the hydration heat of super mass concrete is great and the concrete must have the performance of resisting salt-water corrosion, and guaranteed the construction proceeding smoothly and the quality of the project, we also broke the forbidden area that ordinary portland cement forbidded in super mass concrete for a long time.
