摘要
粉煤灰是冶金、电力工业废料之一。粉煤灰做为一种矿物掺合料加入到混凝土中,可以使混凝土具有需水量低,烧失量小,抗压强度高等优点,并能提高混凝土各项物理力学性能,改善混凝土结构的抗冻性和抗渗性。本文通过分析大掺量粉煤灰混凝土在基础工程中实际试验和应用情况,探讨了大掺量粉煤灰混凝土配合比设计,生产过程中的质量控制,并分析了在施工过程中所遇到的问题的原因。
Fly ash is one of the waste of metal lurgicallurical and electric industry. The high-volume fly ash, as a concrete admixture, can be compounded into concrete. The high-volume fly ash concrete has many merits. For example, it has small water requirement, small ignition loss and high compression strength. The high-volume fly ash can improve the mechanical and frost resisting property of the concrete and the impermeability. The high-volume fly ash concrete design and the quality control in production process by analyzing the situation of experiment and application in foundation project are discussed. The reason of problem which is discovered in construction process is analized.
