小麦品种川农16后代品系营养品质分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对小麦品种川农16的突出缺点,选择高抗优质材料99E18与之组配杂交组合,从F7代中选育出23个优良品系。通过对这些品系的蛋白质含量和氨基酸含量进行测定,发现有1个品系05-12的蛋白质含量和必需氨基酸含量均高于川农16,4个品系的氨基酸总量高于川农16。所有品系的必需氨基酸比例和22个品系的EAA/蛋白质值比川农16高,表明这些品系的必需氨基酸平衡性较川农16得到了改善。蛋白质含量与氨基酸总量间达显著正相关,而它们与绝大多数氨基酸均达到极显著正相关。根据氨基酸含量的聚类分析发现这些品系大致上可分为两个亲本类型,这些结果为新品系进一步选择和利用提供了重要的参考依据。 The protein and amino acid contents of 23 elite lines which were obtained from 99E18 ×Chuannong16 were analyzed. 1 line had higher protein content than Chuannong16. Amino acid balance was evaluated according to the proportion of essential amino acid (EAA), EAA/protein and EAA index. 22 lines had higher values of the two indices than Chuannong16 which demonstrated the amino acid balance of these lines were better than Chuannong16. The results showed that the nutritive qualities of these lines were improved on the basis of Chuannong16. The correlations among the protein con- tent, the total amino acid content and each amino acid content were analyzed. The protein content was significantly positive related to the total aminoacid content. Cluster analysis was performed by using the amino acid content, and the 23 lines were classified into 2 groups.
