摘要 为确定最优的提取条件,以提高葛仙米藻胆蛋白的得率,采用三因素二次回归正交旋转组合设计试验,研究了磷酸缓冲液pH值、浸提时间和盐浓度对葛仙米藻胆蛋白得率的影响,建立了各因子与葛仙米藻胆蛋白得率关系的数学回归模型;最后确定了最佳的提取条件为:磷酸缓冲液pH值为7.3、浸提时间4.3 h、N aC l浓度0.21 m o l/L,葛仙米藻胆蛋白得率为7.125%。 In order to increase the yield of crude phycobiliproteins extracted from Nostoc sphaeroides kütz, technology parameters were optimized. Through dual quadratic rotary regression orthogonal design experiment with three factors, the effects of pH value, salt concentration and extracting time on the yield of phycobiliproteins were investigated, and a mathematical model describing the relationship between the yield of phycobiliproteins and influence parameters was developed. The optimum extracting conditions are as follows., pH value 7.3, salt concentration 0. 21 mol/L and extracted time 4. 3 h, and the yield of phycobiliproteins is 7. 125%.
