摘要
在完全垄断、垄断竞争或政府干预的市场中,寻租活动是一种普遍的经济现象。分析了我国医疗服务体系中多方寻租的原因,租的来源,参与医疗服务体系寻租活动的各种主体的寻租行为,寻租活动对医疗服务价格的直接和间接影响等,提出了解决这一问题的基本思路。
Rent-seeking is a prevalent phenomenon in economic activities, it is existed in complete monopoly, bilateral monopoly and government monopoly market. The purpose of this paper is to analyze why there are rent-seeking in medical service system, the source of rent-seeking, the rent-seeking actions of each individual interrelated with medical service system, and the direct or indirect influence on the price of medical services contacted with rent-seeking activities. It also brought forward a new reform plan on solving this problem.
