摘要 目的:医疗工作质量受多种因素的影响,通过对这些因素的综合评价,便于发现工作中存在的不足,为医院领导加强管理决策提供科学依据。方法:运用密切值法原理,首先确定待评单元各评价指标的“最优点”与“最劣点”,然后,分别以待评指标距最优点和最劣点的最小和最大距离作为参数,综合比较其隶属于最优点和最劣点的程度来评价医疗工作质量。结果:通过对2003年某医院住院部各科室医疗质量的综合评价,找出医疗工作中存在的问题,使管理工作真正做到有的放矢。讨论:密切值法是一种对多因素、多指标复杂系统的综合评价方法,适用于不同领域的管理,对于各层次的质量管理具有一定的实用价值和应用潜力。 Objectives : There are many factors to affect medical work quality. By integratedly evaluating these factors, we can find out some scarcities existing in our work and provide some scientific ways to strengthen the management decisions for the hospital leader. Method: By the osculating value method, we can first make sure the strongest point and the weakest point in each targets of the ready-evaluated units, secondly define the min and max space that the strongest point and the weakest point are far from the ready-evaluated target as the reference and integratedly compare their relationship between the strongest point and the weakest point to evaluate the medical quality. Results: By the integrated evaluating for all medical office quality of the in-hospital department in 2003, we find out some existing problem and make management be more efficient and targetable. Discussion : The osculating value method is an Integrated evaluating method of the muhi-factors and multi-targets complicated system .it can be applied to some different fields and has some certain applied and potential value for the different level quality management.
