中国重化工业发展的环境问题分析与对策研究

A Study on Environmental Problems Caused by the Development in China's Heavy Chemical Industry and Countermeasures

21世纪以来,中国重化工业高速发展带来的环境问题日趋严重,已经阻碍了中国经济的可持续发展。本文在对中国重化工业的环境问题进行经济学分析的基础上,提出了实现中国重化工业可持续发展的新经济模式———循环经济,并从技术、市场、产业政策、法规制度等方面提出了促进重化工业领域循环经济发展的对策。

Since the 21 century,the environmental problems caused by the rapid development in China's heavy chemical industry have been increasingly serious,which have hindered its sustainable development.Based on an economic analysis of the environmental problems in heavy chemical industry,this paper proposes that the Circular Economy,a new economy pattern,should be established,and offers the countermeasures for promoting the sustainable development in heavy chemical industry from the viewpoints of technology,market,industry policy,law and institutions.
