On the Capital Commercialization of Labour Power

在社会主义市场经济条件下，劳动力具有资本商品的属性。本文从理论上说明劳动力资本商品化的内涵、内在根据与现实意义，粗线条地勾画了实现劳动力资本商品化所要求的条件。

The authors hold that labour power is characterized by the property of capital commodity under the condition of socialist market economy.The paper aims at proposing the implications,essence and practical significance of the capital commercialization of labour power in terms of theory,roughly suggesting the required conditions of realizing the capital commercialization of labour power.
