摘要
作者认为，为了更有效地解决我国目前某些传统产业不景气问题，应尽快制定我国的产业调整援助政策，并就制定产业调整援助政策的基本原则及产业调整援助政策的目标、内容和手段作了阐述。
The author proposes that the aid polices of industry adjustment should be formulated in order to solve the depressed problems of some traditional industries inan efficient way. Furthermore, some basic principles,goals as well as contents, methods concerning the formulation of aid policies of industry adjustment are also described in this paper.
