颞肌瓣在口腔颌面缺损修复中的应用

REPAIRING MAXILLOFACIAL DEFORMITY WITH TEMPORAL MUSCLE FLAP

本文总结了应用颞肌瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的６例经验。其中上颌骨缺报修复２例，１例为扩大的上颌骨切除术，１例为上颌骨部分切除木；耳后乳突区２例；颊粘膜和面部缺损各１例。６例颞肌瓣全部成活，３例口内修复之颞肌瓣表面４～６周均出现良好的上皮化。除１例术后出现轻度张口受限外，未发现其它并发症。作者对颞肌瓣的应用解剖要点和手术方法进行了描述，并对颞肌瓣的发展概况、优缺点及注意事项进行了讨论。

e made tempaoral muscle flaps treat 6 cases with maxillofacial defect(including 2 deficiencys of maxilla,2 deficicncys of mastoid process,2 defomitysof buccal and facial soft tissue).6 flaps are living well. 3 surfaccs ofrepaircd temporal muscle flap in mouth were epithelialized goodly between 4 weeksand 6 weeks after opcration. 1 case can not Open completely month, the others never appear any complication. The report describe the applied anatomy andopcrating method of temporal muscle flap,and discuss further its development,nierits dnd demerits as well as warning.
