摘要
建设数字政府已经成为工业社会向信息社会过渡的必然要求。美国数字政府起步较早,现已比较成熟,研究其建设历程、发展现状以及成效,可对我国数字政府的建设提供若干有益借鉴。
Building digital government is the requirement of the transition from industrial economy to information society. American＇ s digital government got off very early, and has been to the ripe step. By studying its developing process, current situation and market effect, We can gain some benificial advices for building Chinese digital government.
