摘要
20世纪二三十年代以李宗仁、白崇禧、黄旭初为首的新桂系在广西掀起一场轰轰烈烈的工业化运动,促进了广西近现代工业的进程。但这种“军刀”主持下的工业化对广西工业发展也产生了一些负面影响,使得经济越来越没有效率和活力,导致广西区域经济现代化的目标无法实现。
At the time of 1920＇ and 1930＇ ,Lizongren,Baichougxi,Huangxuchu are the leaders of Gui force,they brought out a vigorous industraliTation campaign. The campaign promoted the progress of Guang xi＇ s modem industrialization. However,under the background of military,it brought some negative influence, which depressed the economy greatly and confine the aim of modernization to be turned into reality.
