摘要
〔目的〕为有效提高国际旅行卫生保健中心管理质量,实现质量管理体系的持续改进。〔方法〕结合国际旅行卫生保健中心的具体情况,并通过对福清检验检疫局国际旅行卫生保健中心推行ISO9000质量管理体系过程的分析,为保健中心内部质量管理体系审核工作提出建议。〔结果〕国际旅行卫生保健中心应从自身特点出发,合理选择内审模式、内审人员及内审关键控制点,实现内审同保健中心日常管理工作一体化。〔结论〕国际旅行卫生保健中心在推行ISO9000质量管理体系过程中应不断总结经验,全面提高保健中心的工作质量和水平,加快保健中心的全面建设。
Objective To improve the effectiveness of quality management and ensure the continual improvement of ITHCC. Methods Combining with the practice of ITHCC, the process of the quality management system of Fujian ITHCC Fuqing branch was studied and some relavent references were put forward based on the study. Results It is important to select the rational mode of internal audit, the rational auclitors and focus on the key points of internal audit to ensure ITHCC integrated daily management suitable to its own characteristics. Conclusion The ITHCC should enhance its quality management and construction.
