摘要
基于稀磷酸介质中亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化猩红3B的褪色反应,建立测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法.方法检出限为i.36×10^-6g/L,线性范围为12-80×10^-6g/L,回收率为98.8%~101.0%.方法已用于水中亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意.
A new catalytic spectrophotometic method for determination of trace nitrite is developed, The method is based on the catalytic effect of NO2^- on oxidation of Scarlet 3B by potassium bromate in H3PO4 mediun. The detection limit for nitrite is 1.36 ×10^-6 g/L. The linear range of the determination is 12-80 ×10^-6 g/L and the recoveries are between 98. 8 %- 101.0%. The method is applied to direct determination of nitrite in water with satisfactory results.
