摘要
通过对一起城轨供电回流导体与钢轨焊接引起钢轨脆性断裂事故的分析,认为焊接工艺不当致使钢轨表面出现高碳马氏体组织是导致钢轨断裂的根本原因,并提出了相关的建议措施。钢轨的脆性断裂危及行车安全,应引起有关单位的高度重视。
This paper presents, based on analysis of an accident, that it is the major cause of rail brittle facture to join power supply return conductor and rail of urban transit with improper welding procedure which caused high carbon contents martensitic structure in the surface of the rail, and puts forward the related advises and measures. It does deserve attention to avoid rail brittle fracture, which concerns transit safety.
