胸主动脉夹层人造血管覆膜支架置入1例并文献复习

摘要 1．病例摘要 患者刘某，男，62岁，冈突发持续性胸痛3h于2004年9月17日入院（安徽省红十字朝阳医院）。疼痛位于心前区及后背部，呈撕裂样，伴胸闷和大汗。既往有高血压病史10余年，木行正规治疗，平时不监测血压．吸烟20余年，20～30支／日．无酗酒。查体：T：36．2℃ P：92次／分 R：22次／分 BP：左上肢216/134mmHg，
