157例肢(指)伤残患者的健康教育实施和评价

摘要 目的调整伤残患者的不良心理状态,提供疾病诊疗、护理知识,指导康复训练,提高再就业和社会适应能力。方法对伤残患者进行连续性、系统性的健康教育,使患者掌握自身疾病的相关健康知识。结果通过对157例肢(指)伤残患者实施连续性、系统性的健康教育,效果评价结果差异有显著性统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论对突然的受伤大部分表现出惊慌失措、焦虑恐惧、无所适从,特别是当证实为伤残后,个别表现出情绪极度低落,甚至绝望,无法接受突然造成的肢(指)残。通过有效的健康教育实施,能最大限度地消除患者因伤残所致的心理障碍。提高再就业和社会适应能力。 Objective To adjust the bad mentality of the disabled patients, to offer disease treatment and the knowledge on attendance, to guide rehabilitation training and to improve the ability of re - employment and social adaptation. Method Give disabled patients successive and systematic health education in order to make patients to master the related knowledge about their own disease. Results Through giving 157 limb - disabled patients successive and systematic health education, the differences of effect evaluation have distinct statistical meanings. Conclusion Most people are confound, anxious and dread and do not how to do when facing the sudden injure. Especially when confirmed as disabled, some are depressed, even despaired because they can not accept the fact. The effective health education can to the greatest extent eliminate the patients' psychological block caused by disability and improve the ability of re - employment and social adaptation.
