摘要
本文介绍我队应用MEBO和MEBT治疗烧伤病人2663例的临床经验与体会，所有病例全部治愈，而且具有效果快痛苦小、费用低及功能恢复良好三优点。文中特别强调正确、灵活使用MEBO处理创面及全身综合治疗的重要性。
This paper introduces the experience with MEBT in treating 2663 cases of burn - All the patients were cured. The results were very satisfactory. The pa-tients had very good recovery of their functions and had no pains. The cost of the medical treatment was not very high.The authors emphasized that when MEBO is ap-plied onto the wounds, it should be applied in a proper and flexible way, in accordance with the principle of MEBT. Systemic treatment is also very important in order to ensure a good therapeutic result
