摘要
目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定骨折挫伤胶囊中血竭素的含量。方法：以乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠(50∶50)为流动相,以润博Kromasil C_(18)柱(5μm 4.6×250mm)为固定相,柱温40℃,检测波长为440nm。结果：血竭素在0.0248～0.124μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.4%(n=5),RSD=0.9%。结论：本法操作简便准确,可作为骨折挫伤胶囊中血竭素的质量控制方法。
Objective：To develop an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Dracorhodin in Guzhecuoshang Capsules. Method ：The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil C18 column （250mm × 4. 6mm, 5μum）,acetonitrile-0. 05mol/L NaH2PO4（50 ： 50） as mobile phase,and with detection wavelength at 440nm. Results：The linear correlation was good in the range of 0.0218～0. 124μg of Dracorhodin,correlation coefficient is 0. 9999. The average recovery was 100. 4% （n= 5） and the RSD was 0.9%. Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of Dracorhodin in Guzhecuoshang Capsules.
