摘要
目的:用HPLC法测定曲咪新乳膏中硝酸咪康唑和醋酸曲安奈德的含量。方法:采用C_(18)柱,以0.3%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至2.8±0.1)—甲醇(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长240nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:硝酸咪康唑、醋酸曲安奈德的浓度线性范围分别为60~300μg/ml和6~30μg/ml,回收率(n=9)分别为101.4%和100.7%。结论:本法操作简单,结果准确,可以有效地控制质量。
Objective:Miconazole nitrate and Triamcinolone acetonide acetate were determined by HPLC in Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate and Miconazole Nitrate and Neomycin Sulfate Cream. Methods:Using C18 column,0. 3% phosphoric acid solution (adjusted with trielhylamine to pH 2.8±0. 1 ) - methanol (25 : 75)as mobile phase, flow rate was 1.0ml/min, wavelength of detector was 240nm. Results :The calibration curves were linear in the range of 60~300μg/ml for miconazole nitrate and 6~30μg/ml for triamcinolone acetonide acetate. The average recoveries(n= 9)of miconazole nitrate and triamcinolone acetonide acetate were 101.4% and 100.7% ,respectively. Conclusion:This method is simple and convenient in the operation, tt is accurate and very suitable for the quality control.
