With the development ofintemet, as one form of network cheats, phishing have brought a great deal of economy loses to enterprise and individual user. Combining the concrete case, ways and means used frequently by network swindler have been analyzed in this paper, and some guard measures against phishing have been introduced detailedly in the process of electronic commerce.
