摘要
该文通过对三电平二极管箝位型整流器工作原理分析,提出在无能量回馈工况下用单载波调制控制一种简化的整流器;单载波调制使得用模拟芯片控制三相三电平整流器成为可能。通过两输出电容电压的偏差改变电流参考给定来实现整流器输出中点平衡。最后给出了以uc3854bn为控制核心的实验结果和相关的仿真结果,验证了在单载波调制控制策略下,输入电流能很好地跟踪输入电压,中点电压得到很好的控制。
In this paper, single-carrier modulation method is proposed to control a simplified three-phase three-level diode-clamped rectifier (TTDCR) after the analysis of rectifier at non-regenerative applications. Single-carrier modulation makes the use of analogue chip in TTDCR possible. The problem of neutral-point balance is resolved by changing the amplitude of current reference according to the voltage error of two capacitors. At the end of the paper, experimental results based on uc3854bn as controllers and the simulation results are showed. It is proved that the input current traces input voltage well, and neutral-point balance is achieved.
