摘要
提出了一种适用联营与双边交易混合模式的输电网损耗分配方法,该方法先将交易的电源和负荷功率等值成对应稳态潮流解的节点电流,再运用叠加定理求电网的支路电流响应,最后运用Shapley定理实现损耗分配;定义了输电网有功和无功损耗分配给各交易有功、无功的4项经济激励指标,并推导了其定量表达式。从多个方面深入剖析和证明了该方法的物理和经济学特性。指出文中的损耗分配方法不仅适用于混合和单一市场模式,而且比已有的方法具有更丰富的经济和物理学意义。
A transmission losses allocation methodology is proposed for mixed Pool and Bilateral markets, At first, sources and loads involved in individual Pool and Bilateral transactions are represented by their nodal injection currents based on load flow solution. Then the methodology is derived based on network's impedance matrix equation using the superposition theorem and Shapley theorem. Four economic incentive indexes are defined and derived mathematically. The indexes characterize the proposed methodology in allocating network losses to both active and reactive energies of individual transactions, Several physical and economical features, inherent in the proposed methodology, are deeply investigated and proved. It is pointed out that the proposed losses allocation methodology is not only universal in market models, but also richer in economical and physical meanings than that of the existing ones.
