永磁式双凸极电机输出转矩和电流关系研究 被引量:7

摘要 双凸极电机是上世纪九十年代提出的一种新型交流调速系统,自提出以来对双凸极电机的研究工作主要集中在电机本体结构及电机静态特性方面,而对电机系统在稳态运行特性研究较少。文中以现有研究成果为基础,以1台12/8极永磁式双凸极电机为研究对象,在有限元法对电机内电磁场分析结果的基础上,运用理论分析及系统稳态运行仿真模型,研究了该系统在不同转速下改变电流限幅值对其输出转矩的影响,并在1台原理样机上进行了试验验证。研究及试验结果表明:在低转速下,系统输出转矩与电流限幅值基本上成线性关系;在高转速下,改变电流限幅值对系统输出转矩的作用减弱。 Doubly salient permanent magnet motor(DSPM) is a novel electromechanical controllable AC variable speed system presented in 1990's. There are two kinds of control strategies for the motor system. In this paper, research on torque versus current is executed for a 12/8 poles DSPM motor system working in control strategy I. By finite element analysis method(FEM), field flux and inductance characteristics of a DSPM prototype can be acquainted. On the base of these characteristics, a simulation model for computing steady characteristics of the motor is constructed in Maflab programming environment. By applying the simulation model, a detailed analysis on torque versus current is given at different revolving speed. From this, a conclusion can be got: at lower revolving speed, output torque is linear to current limit approximately; at higher revolving speed, the variation of current limit exerts a puny influence on output torque. And this conclusion is verified by test on a prototype. There are good accordance between simulation and test.
