Discussion on Credit Appraisal Index System for Construction of Honest Hospitals

一直以来缺乏有针对性的评价诚信医院需要系统的信用指标体系。本文从如何建设诚信医院的角度出发,探讨了从强化依法执业,保障医疗安全;增进医患沟通,改善服务态度;简化诊疗流程,改善就医环境,提供便民措施,切实方便病员;坚持合理检查、合理用药、合理治疗;加强医德医风建设,纠正行业不正之风,提高综合满意度;控制医药费用,减轻病人负担等6个方面的指标对诚信医院进行比较系统的评价。

Appraising honest hospitals needs a systematic credit appraisal index system. However,there was not a specific appraisal standard from long time. From the point of view of how to construct honest hospitals,this paper discussed the contents of appraisal index system from six aspects as following： （1 ） strengthening practice according to law to insure the safety of medical service; （2） advancing communication between patient and doctor to improve service attitude; （3） simplifying process of service to improve service environment and supply convenient measures for patients; （4） insisting on rational exanfination,rational drug use and rational treatment; （5） strengthening construction of medical moral to correct malpractice and improve the satisfaction of patients; and （6 ） containing medical cost to reduce the economic burden of patients.
