摘要
为了研究两种地被景天科植物———费菜、胭脂红的光合特性,利用CI-301光合测定系统、OS 5-FL便携式荧光测定系统分别测定了这两种植物的光合日变化及叶绿素荧光参数的日变化,结果表明:胭脂红与费菜在光强为0μmol/(m2.s)时都能吸收CO2,中午叶片的蒸腾速率很低,光合速率也较低。叶片的光响应曲线表明两种植物均有强光抑制现象。光化学效率(Fv/Fm)随着光强上升而下降,到12:00左右降到最低值,之后又随光强的减弱逐渐回升。
In order to study the photosynthesis characters of Sedum spectabile the net photosynthesis rate and the change of fluorescence parameters were measured in a day. The results showed that both plants could absorb CO2 when the light reached zero. The transpirations were very low at midday. All these showed the CAM characters. The light response curve showed that there were inhabitations under strong light. The Fv/Fm of the two kinds of plants become lower with the increasing of light's intensity and reached the lowest at 12:00. Then it begins to increase as the light become weaker.
