质子弹性散射分析方法测量mylar膜上气溶胶样品的氢含量

摘要 利用标准样品比较法质子弹性散射分析(PESA)对一组采集在mylar膜上的气溶胶样品氢含量进行了定量分析.在质子束能量2.5 MeV,散射角50°时,PESA测量5μm mylar膜上气溶胶中氢含量的探测限为0.26μg·cm^-2,几个样品氢含量的测量结果在1.9~12.7μg·cm^-2之间,大大高于探测限. The proton elastic scattering analysis (PESA) method is introduced, and the H concentration of 4 aerosol samples on mylar films is measured with PESA in the PIXE analysis chamber of GIC4117 tandem accelerator. With 2.5 MeV proton beam and 50 degree scattering angle, the detectable limit of PESA is 0. 26μg·cm^-2 for aerosol samples on 5μm mylar films. The PESA results show that the H concentration of these aerosol samples is from 1.9 to 12. 7 μg·cm^-2, much higher than the detectable limit of PESA. Key words
