烧伤病人门诊治疗体会

Experience in Treating Burns at Outpatient Department

本文报道了笔者对烧伤病人的门诊治疗方法、用药注意事项及饮食宜忌等，对临床中出现的渗出期瘀滞带组织微血栓形成和液化期创面出现的“干湿不均”现象等进行了探讨，指出烧伤早期创面处理至关重要；渗出期创面进展顺利与否直接影响着液化期创面的修复和创面的愈合，对临床实践具有指导意义。

This paper reports the experience in treating burns at outpatient department. The authors paid at-tention to the method of the application of the drug and what food the patients should have and what should be avoided. A discussion on the causes of the formation of microthrombus in stasis tissue at exuda-tive stage and the phenomenon of uneven humidity on the wound surface at liquefaction stage.The authors pointed out that it is very important to treat the burn wound at early stage. The condition of the wound at exudative stage will directly influence the repair and healing of the wound at liquefaction stage
