摘要 大跨径桥梁的主梁大多采用后张法预应力混凝土结构,除预应力筋张拉外,孔道压浆的质量直接影响到构件的安全性和耐久性。真空辅助压浆工艺是国外近几年发展起来的一种预应力孔道压浆新技术,并很快在国内几座桥梁工程中应用。合肥市铜陵路桥主梁采用真空辅助压浆技术,取得了很好的效果,确保了孔道压浆的质量。 The main beam of bridge with large span mostly adopts prestressed concrete structure by post-tensioned method and except the stretching of prestressed bar ,the quality of opening mud jacking directly influences the safety and durability of the member .Vacuum auxiliary mud jacking is a new prestressed opening mud jacking technique developed in recent years in the world and has been quickly applied in several bridge constructions in the country. The main beam of the bridge of Tongling Road of Hefei City adopts the vacuum auxiliary mud jacking technique and has achieved good effects and ensured the quality of opening mud jacking.
