摘要
我们自1992年4月－1995年4月，采用MEBO治疗乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死146例，同时用紫草油纱布换药118例做对比。即对轻度皮瓣坏死MEBO组平均愈合21天，对照组28．4天。中度皮瓣坏死MEBO组平均愈合36天，对照组44．5天。MEBO治疗后有瘢痕及影响上肢活动者6例，对照组85例。（P＜0.05）通过临床应用发现MEBO具有止痛、抗感染、防止瘢痕形成等优点。
From April, 1992 to April, 1995, 146 cases of skin flap necrosis after radical breast carcinonectomy were treated with MEBO. During the same period,118 cases of the same disease were treated lithos-perm oil gauze as a control group. For slight necrosis of the flap,in MEBO group,the average healing time was 21 days, while in control group, the average healing time was 28- 4 days. For moderate necrosis,in MEBO group, the average healing time was 36 days, while in the control group 44. 5 days. in MEBO group, 6 cases had scar formation with upper extremi-ty activity affected, whiIe in the control group, 85 cases (P <0. 05). MEBO has the advantages of good analgesic, antiinfective and scar formation preventing effects
