用含真皮下血管网的带蒂皮瓣法修复手部创伤及疤痕

Repair of Hand Wound and Scar Using Pedical Flap with Subdermal Vascular Net

作者从1982年9月起对23例手部创伤的患者应用腹部含真皮下血管网的带蒂皮瓣法修复，效果良好，经过随访手部功能、外形均满意。该方法吸收了带蒂皮瓣成活率高，含真皮下血管网的游离皮片外形美的优点[1]，克服了腹部带蒂皮瓣臃肿，含真皮下血管网的游离皮片成活率较带蒂皮瓣低，创面基底要求高的缺点。

23 cases of hand wound were repaired using Dedical flap with subdermal vascular net- The results were very satisfactory, Follow-up observations proved that the recovery of the function and the ap-pearance of the wound hands were very good.The method has the advantages of high survival rate and good appearance- lt overcame the disadvan-tages of the cumbersomeness of abdominal flap and Iow surviving rate of free skin flap with subdermal vascular net
