摘要
采用ACAS-570型粘附式细胞仪、荧光探针,动态观察细胞内的钙离子含量,发现微元生化纤维(MBF)可使体外培养的家兔主动脉平滑肌细胞内游离钙离子含量较对照组明显增加,且显示此时钙离子主要来源于细胞内钙池的释放。
The quantitation of intracellular free calcium in cultured smooth muscle cell of rabbits was studied by using fluorescence staining method with adherent cell analysis and sorting cytometer and the effect of micro-element bioactivity. fiber on the calcium level was observed. The results demonstrate that the intracellular free calcium level was increased after the administration of micro-element bioactivity fiber and the increased calcium was enhanced by the releasingof calcium pool in the smooth muscle cell. The results suggest that the micro-element bioaetivity fiber which could improve the mieroeirculation by emitting the far infrared rays of 4~14μm might have effects on the velocity of blood flow and the diameters by increasing the intracellular free calcium level.
