直肠癌手术后局部复发原因分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨直肠癌术后局部复发的原因.方法回顾性分析了自1996年1月至2002年1月行直肠癌根治术116例,其中20例术后局部复发.结果局部复发的20例中Dukes C期16例.病理类型浸润型腺癌16例（高分化腺癌3例,中分化腺癌7例,低分化腺癌6例）,黏液腺癌3例,未分化癌1例.肿瘤下缘与肛缘距离＜3 cm 14例,3～6 cm 4例,＞6 cm 2例.结论直肠癌术后局部复发与病理类型、分化程度、浸润深度、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移及血管、淋巴管侵犯、肿瘤下缘与肛缘距离、分子生物学、手术操作及综合治疗均有关系.
